I've spent the better part of 15 years asking questions, chasing compelling stories, and crafting the perfect way to bring them to life. I am all in on anything I do, with a creative eye, a sense of humor, and an insatiable desire to keep getting better.

My work has appeared in the San Diego Union-Tribune, Pacific Magazine, LA Times, Chicago Tribune, and Palm Springs Life, covering everything from music, food and culture to the people and places that make a community interesting.

Along the way, I've become a mom who has built brands, run a business from the ground-up, and even worked as an educator. Different worlds - but all rooted in the same thing: understanding people and finding the most impactful and meaningful ways to connect with them. 

Good writing makes people feel something when they leave it - and that's the goal I have whenever I pick up a pen (or my laptop.)
